“岗位不光鲜，就让自己内心更加光亮。”殷睿介绍，多年积累，排水管理所建立起覆盖全区688片市政产里巷、75条区属支线道路、457片房管产里巷、40处无主产里巷的设施台账，从根本上对全区各类产权的排水设施进行整合、归纳、统筹，使日常养护有据可查、设施管理有迹可循、重点治理有章可依。此外，还推出网格化养护模式，压实管理责任，为后续针对性养护打好基础。近年来，全所每年养护排水管道约200公里，清掏各型井2万座，保障了辖区排水设施高效平稳运行。
